These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the subscription to the Discord bot subscription services provided by Noko, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider". They apply to any user ("the User") who invites and uses the bot through a subscription.
Subscription to the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The Provider reserves the right to modify these conditions in accordance with Articles L. 221-5 and following of the French Consumer Code.
The Provider offers an automation and management service via a Discord bot, for which certain paid subscription services and features are accessible, in accordance with Article 121-16 of the French Consumer Code.
The subscription price is stated in euros, including all taxes, in accordance with Article L. 242-1 of the French General Tax Code.
Payment is made via [credit cards, PayPal, etc.] through a secure interface.
The subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled, pursuant to Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Belgian legislation, the User has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, except if the provision of the service began with their prior consent before the end of that period.
By subscribing to this subscription and proceeding with payment, the User expressly acknowledges that the service (access to the premium bot) begins immediately, which results in the loss of their right of withdrawal according to the aforementioned provisions.
Otherwise, if the service has not started, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days, without having to justify their decision, in accordance with Articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, as well as the corresponding Belgian provisions.
The subscription begins upon payment validation.
The User may terminate at any time via their personal account; termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period (Article L. 136-2 of the Consumer Code).
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment or non-compliance with the conditions.
The Provider undertakes to provide the service diligently but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of bugs (Article 121-1 of the Consumer Code).
The Provider's liability cannot be engaged for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the bot.
The bot and all its content remain the exclusive property of the Provider, protected by the Intellectual Property Code (Articles L. 111-1 and following in France).
Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Belgian legislation (law of 30 July 2018), detailed in the privacy policy accessible in each documentation of the different bots. The User has rights to access, rectify and delete data (Articles 12 to 23 of the GDPR).

These GTC are governed by French and Belgian law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the consumer's domicile pursuant to Article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code.
